Ellen Gray.

Spanning her professional career, Ellen Gray has maximized the performance and well-being of individuals, teams and organizations by serving in a variety of roles - including leadership coach, learning and development manager, organizational development consultant, trainer and program manager. Her expertise and passion are in aligning the strengths of leaders/managers and their employees for increased engagement and commitment, more effective communication, deeper collaboration and higher level of performance.

Ellen has recently worked for Fairfax County Government as a learning and development manager, internal leadership coach, organizational development consultant, trainer and facilitator. Under her leadership the Joint Training Academy was established to serve and support employees in their various roles in community and land development.

Her past work experience includes private sector (IBM Corporation) and higher education (Northern Virginia Community College and George Mason University with a focus in workforce development).

Ellen is president of Unlimited Horizons Business Services, Inc., a Fairfax County small business since 1992, focusing on developing compassionate leaders/managers through leadership coaching. Ellen has been an active participant in Leadership Fairfax since 2006 and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Ellen earned a B.S. in Business Management from Grantham University. Credentials include International Coaching Federation – Certified (ACC); Certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach; Certified Positive Intelligence Coach; Listening Intelligence Coach; and DISC, EQi 2.0, MBTI certified.

Ellen and her husband raised their two children in the North Springfield community and walks her beloved dog in Lake Accotink Park– just about every day! She loves to visit her three grandsons in Roanoke and Hampton.
