Jen has over two decades of experience helping companies build awareness and brand preference in the marketplace. She is passionate about community service and serves or has served on numerous boards including: The Central Y of Maryland, Leadership Fairfax, Board of Trustees for Reston Hospital Center, Let’s Help Kids, Entrepreneurs’ Organization (DC Chapter), Fairfax County Parks Foundation, National Science Communication Institute and several Chambers of Commerce boards. Her community leadership positions have included Past-President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization—DC Chapter, Past-Chairman of Success in the City, Past-Chairman of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Past-Chairman of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and Past-Chairman of the Reston Chamber’s INC.spire incubator. She has also been an active mentor for emerging businesses through the Small Business Development Center and EO’s Accelerator Program.
Jen graduated from George Washington University where she received a BA in Visual Communications with a minor in Psychology. Today, she speaks frequently to audiences on the topics of branding, life lessons, and entrepreneurship. In her other life, Sterling is a proud mother to her teenage daughter.
